Job Purpose
To drive nursery enrolments and brand visibility through effective marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
This role is pivotal in aligning front-office excellence, parent engagement, and compliance-safe processes to support sustainable growth.
Marketing & Admissions
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase enquiries, tours, and enrolments.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and promotional materials in line with the nursery’s brand.
- Coordinate campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions (open days, cultural events, community outreach).
- Handle parent enquiries professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Conduct nursery tours and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into registrations.
- Maintain accurate admissions data, enquiry trackers, and conversion reports.
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Maintain student records, files, and documentation in line with ADEK/KHDA and internal policies.
- Support fee collection follow-ups, invoicing coordination, and basic reporting.
- Liaise with teaching staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare letters, notices, and official communication for parents.
- Support compliance documentation, audits, and inspections as required.
& Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **1–2 years’ experience** in a marketing, admin, or admissions role (education sector is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic design/marketing tools.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, child-safe, and parent-centric mindset.
