Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Marketing Coordinator will create the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across FMCG and medical product lines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Responsibilities
include coordinating promotional activities, assisting with content creation for digital and offline channels, and tracking campaign performance and budgets.
The role also involves supporting sales and trade marketing initiatives, organizing events and product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
The Marketing Coordinator will maintain marketing calendars, prepare regular reports, and help ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging marketing materials and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales support and understanding of basic sales processes to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate campaigns, trade shows, and product launches from concept to execution.
- Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG and/or medical industries, with familiarity in digital and social media channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort with data and basic analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with marketing or CRM software is an advantage.
