Job Summary
Marketing F5 LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive **Marketing Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will assist in digital marketing activities, content coordination, and brand development initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver marketing projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and insights.
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity and industry trends.
- Assist in planning promotional events, brand activations, and corporate campaigns.
- Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and campaign documentation.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and company messaging.
- Support advertising and media coordination as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing software/tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
- Understanding of SEO and online advertising strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
