Marketing Coordinator

Role

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaign planning and execution, content creation, and campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events with internal teams.
• Support sales and marketing alignment, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills for clear, accurate, audience-focused content.
• Sales-related skills, event planning skills, and project management skills.
• Relevant marketing coordination, administration, or similar experience; healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Beneficial tools

• Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools, such as email marketing platforms, social media, CRM, or marketing automation systems, is beneficial.
