Responsibilities
- Define long-term vision and goals, prioritize initiatives, and align strategy, resources, and execution.
- Oversee budgets and performance metrics; improve processes, workflows, and team structures.
- Mentor team members, represent the organization with partners and stakeholders, and ensure timely, in-scope project delivery aligned with organizational values.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, engineering, and business development teams.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects or programs; ability to develop and execute strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; experience in technology, data, or AI-driven environments and understanding of product development and innovation.
- Business acumen in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking; hands-on approach to mentoring and team development.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan proficiency is a strong plus.
