As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing & Community Intern who wants to gain hands on experience in a fast moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- As a Marketing & Community Intern, you’ll support the growth of Grit Studios across different areas of the business.
- Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Assisting with social media management and content planning
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Engaging with members and helping strengthen the Grit community
- Organizing events, activations, and member experiences
- Researching member needs and contributing ideas to improve retention
- Supporting lead generation and membership growth initiatives
- Building relationships with local businesses and partners
- Supporting onboarding and internal communication
- Helping improve workflows and internal processes
- Contributing ideas for new projects and growth opportunities
- No two days will look the same.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a real impact.
Who You Are
- We’re looking for someone who is:

- Not afraid to create content and be on camera
- Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
- Excited about organizing events and community activities
- Interested in marketing, branding, content creation, and community building
- Organized and detail oriented
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Motivated to contribute ideas and help shape a growing brand
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours & Flexibility
We understand that every internship is different.
The internship is available for 16 to 40 hours per week, depending on your academic requirements, availability, and personal preferences.
Working hours and schedules will be agreed upon together before the start of the internship and can be adjusted where needed.
Depending on projects, events, content shoots, and business needs, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid and flexible environment.
