As the firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to strengthen our brand, enhance our digital presence, and support fundraising and investor engagement initiatives.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing LEAM's marketing and communications strategy across digital, social media, website, and investor-facing channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, investment professionals, and the fundraising team to create compelling content, strengthen brand visibility, and support business development and capital raising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the firm's website, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Managing and growing LEAM's presence across LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms through consistent, high-quality content and engagement.
- Creating high-quality content including market commentary, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, presentations, articles, and marketing materials.
- Producing and coordinating regular content including market insights, firm updates, investor communications, website content, social media posts, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Working closely with the fundraising and investor relations teams to support capital raising initiatives and investor engagement activities.
- Assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and enhancement of investor-facing materials including pitchbooks, presentations, factsheets, due diligence materials, and quarterly communications.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance updates, market commentary, and investor communications.
- Managing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
- Assisting with public relations, media engagement, and corporate announcements where appropriate.
- Working closely with investment professionals to translate complex investment strategies, market views, and performance information into clear and compelling content suitable for sophisticated investors.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices across investment management and financial services.
- Supporting conferences, events, webinars, roadshows, and other client engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, investor communications, or digital marketing within the financial services industry.
- Experience within financial services or investment management is required. Applications from candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
- Experience creating content and marketing materials for investment products, asset managers, hedge funds, private markets, wealth management firms, or other financial institutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms, including thought leadership, market commentary, and investor-focused communications.
- Prior experience within asset management, hedge funds, private equity, private credit, family offices, wealth management, investment banking, or investor relations is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to create professional financial content for sophisticated investor audiences.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, alternative investments, and capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and marketing design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience creating content for asset managers, hedge funds, private banks, family offices, wealth managers, investor relations teams, or other investment firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have experience translating investment strategies, market insights, and performance information into professional content suitable for sophisticated investors.
Candidates should be comfortable working with investment professionals and interpreting market, portfolio, and performance information for investor and marketing communications.
