Recog-nation Films is seeking a versatile Marketing & BD Executive to drive our brand presence and lead outreach.

In this role, you will actively convert prospects through targeted cold calls utilizing provided warm leads, while simultaneously owning our digital footprint.

You will be responsible for planning, generating, auditing, and optimizing high-quality social media content, including managing paid ad campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

Additionally, you will oversee all active platforms and supervise our graphic designer to ensure all promotional and organic visual assets align with our creative vision.

This position bridges the gap between proactive B2B communication and data-driven digital marketing.

Inside Sales & Cold Outreach: Proven ability to pick up the phone, handle objections, and confidently pitch creative concepts to provided leads.

Paid Advertising Management: Hands-on experience setting up, budgeting, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Platform Management & Content Planning: Ability to build a structured content calendar, write engaging copy, and manage professional brand channels using scheduling tools.

Content Auditing & Analytics: Strong analytical skills to review organic performance and ad metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC), identifying what drives engagement to systematically optimize future campaigns.
