Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client and team interaction and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Business Development and Marketing Executive will identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across YD Advisory’s service lines, focusing on founders, investors, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, preparing and delivering client pitches, and supporting the end-to-end business development cycle from prospecting to closing.
The role will also drive marketing initiatives such as campaign execution, content coordination, digital visibility, and event support to strengthen brand presence in the region.
Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with senior advisors to shape value propositions, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reporting on business development and marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid business and commercial acumen, ideally gained in financial services, advisory, consulting, or related B2B environments.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, client-friendly messages.
- Candidates should bring experience in account management, including relationship building, client retention, and cross-selling or upselling relevant services.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field are preferred; advanced credentials (e.g., MBA, CFA, corporate finance certifications) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standards environment, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in the GCC or UAE market and familiarity with PE/VC, M&A, or corporate finance
