**Nasaq Al Roya Debt Collection Services LLC**, a leading debt recovery company based in Dubai, is seeking an energetic and self-driven **Marketing & Business Development Executive** to join our dynamic team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or business development within the debt collection or financial services industry (required).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary
