We are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to help expand our client base and boost service and product sales.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively promote our beauty services and retail products, attract new customers, and increase overall revenue through innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute result-driven marketing strategies to increase sales
- Promote beauty services and products through online and offline channels
- Generate leads and convert them into loyal customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (beauty industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
- Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage
- English and Arabic language prefered
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings tied directly to performance
