Program and Role

Marketing Operations and Execution

• Support planning and delivery of marketing initiatives, congresses, events, customer engagement activities, and other priority programs.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution and timely follow-through.

Content and Disease Awareness

• Support localization and implementation of promotional and educational content for local needs and internal processes.
• Coordinate social media and disease-awareness initiatives across functions, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.

Ethics and Compliance

• Work in line with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Support responsible working practices and an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree received within the past 3 years; a university degree or equivalent in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent English is required; Arabic is advantageous for regional stakeholder engagement.
• The program is described as intended for UAE national talents; applicants are asked to hold a UAE Family Book.
