Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature or a related field. Fresh graduates and early-career applicants are welcome.
- A track record of keeping many moving pieces on schedule.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear, natural writing in English.
- An interest in investing and how people think about money.
- Comfort with marketing tools, or the ability to pick them up quickly: email/CRM platforms, scheduling and analytics tools, a CMS and project boards (ActiveCampaign, Sprout Social, ClickUp, etc.).
- Calm, direct communication with writers, designers, product, compliance and external partners.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow. You ask questions, take feedback well and want more responsibility over time.
