Full-time Marketing Assistant / Lead Auditor role with graphic design skills supporting marketing and sales teams.
The role combines lead auditing, Bitrix CRM management, reporting, graphic design, and campaign support.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion.
- Maintain and optimize records in Bitrix CRM.
- Create reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support marketing with basic design tasks using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Assist with daily administration and campaign tracking.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data cleanup.
- Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Background in real estate, marketing, or lead management is a plus.
