Marketing responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager or Head with marketing activities.
- Prepare and manage product guides, corporate brochures, application newsletters, and organizational magazines.
- Create social media content, posts, and reposts; run electronic data mailers.
- Coordinate exhibitions, road shows, product launches, and seminars.
- Manage databases, the website, leads, and marketing-item inventory.
- Compile and share leads with the sales team and coordinate marketing vendors.
- Experiment with AI tools to improve content creation, automation, and marketing analytics.
Administrative support
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare documents for the Marketing Manager.
- Assist with correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
