Overview
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote real estate projects and services.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and property portals.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Manage company social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on lead generation, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain and update website content and online property listings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and providing marketing support.
