Part-time, remote Marketing Assistant role supporting the daily marketing and sales activities of Ac Equipamentos LTDA.
Responsibilities
- Assist with market research into customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare marketing materials and basic sales presentations; support online and offline campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate lead follow-up with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate contact and activity records in company systems.
- Draft customer and internal communications and organize information for reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve marketing processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong professional communication, market research, and customer service skills.
- Ability to assist with sales support, lead follow-up, and promotional activities.
