Role overview
The full-time remote Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing operations and client project execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist with market research, compile and organize data, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use.
- Coordinate marketing activities, support customer communication, and collaborate with sales and strategy teams on campaigns and outreach.
- Draft marketing content, maintain contact lists and CRM records, schedule meetings, and track campaign performance.
- Work independently while aligning with project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Market research skills to collect, analyze, and summarize data for marketing and sales strategies.
- Sales and marketing skills supporting lead generation, follow-up, and coordinated campaigns.
- Organizational, time-management, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort using office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and CRM or marketing systems.
- Ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- A background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and prior internship or assistant experience are beneficial.
