Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist / Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and media initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
The role focuses on promoting the company's 3PL and 2PL warehousing services, transportation solutions, and value-added logistics offerings through digital channels, social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
Marketing & Media Activities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote warehousing, transportation, and logistics solutions.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Develop engaging content for digital media channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies when required.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support lead-generation initiatives through digital marketing campaigns and email marketing activities.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities for transportation and other value-added logistics services.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer information within CRM systems.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and market developments to support marketing strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and lead generation activities.
- Track key marketing metrics and provide insights to management.
Brand Management & Events
- Ensure consistency of the company's branding across all communication channels.
- Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer-focused marketing initiatives and presentations.
- Enhance the company's visibility and reputation within the logistics and supply chain sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, media, or digital marketing, preferably within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
