Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Marketing and Client Servicing Intern role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for work from home.
The intern will support day-to-day client servicing activities, including coordinating with clients, preparing briefs, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of branding and marketing materials.
Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaigns, maintaining client databases, preparing reports, and supporting basic finance-related tasks such as updating budgets or invoices under supervision.
The intern will help monitor customer satisfaction, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth communication and high-quality service.
The role requires proactive participation in meetings, documentation of client feedback, and continuous learning about branding and digital marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and maintaining professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including clear written and verbal interaction.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance skills relevant to tracking budgets, invoices, or project costs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Interest in branding, marketing, and digital media, with the willingness to learn and contribute to creative projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with online collaboration tools.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in Dubai and availability to work on-site as required within a hybrid arrangement.
