- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in African countries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agents.
- Source and coordinate manpower requirements for UAE clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with recruitment partners.
- Follow up on candidate sourcing, interviews, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Coordinate with internal operations and PRO teams regarding visa and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain records of agents, candidates, and recruitment activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and recruitment channels.
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment activities and business development progress.
- Achieve monthly targets for agent onboarding and manpower sourcing.
