Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, revenue marketing, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience developing marketing attribution models, performance measurement frameworks, and ROI reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is required, including campaign tracking, lead lifecycle management, pipeline reporting, and marketing-to-sales performance analysis.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in KPI development, attribution modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including reporting, dashboard creation, campaign performance analysis, lead management, and CRM data governance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills.
  • Travel
