Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexible opportunities for remote work.
The Health Specialist will work to promote occupational health and safety standards, provide expertise in health promotion, and support the overall well-being of employees and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
include delivering health-related training sessions, conducting health assessments, addressing workplace health concerns, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations.
The role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to implement effective health practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with teams and stakeholders effectively
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine, with experience in workplace health assessments and compliance
- Experience in Health Promotion, including planning and delivering health education initiatives
- Knowledge of public health practices and relevant health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment requiring both on-site and remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in health sciences, medicine, public health, or a related field
- Experience in a corporate or organizational health setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
