About This Role
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media channels.
Manage product enquiries via social media including but not limited to Meta, Instagram WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
Showcase customer testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.
Cover and promote events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns online.
Monitor trends in luxury jewelry and social media to produce relevant content.
Collaborate with designers, sales and marketing teams to create high-quality visuals.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
Build and engage with a loyal online community, responding to comments and messages.
Track competitor activity and implement best practices to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
