Job Summary
We are looking for a
Account Manager
to manage client relationships and oversee the execution of marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.
This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English, excellent communication skills, and prior UAE experience in marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Plan and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to each client's goals.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Develop, execute, and monitor social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Prepare perform/ance reports and marketing insights for clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in NGOs, charitable organizations, or the non-profit sector is a plus
- Proven experience in marketing and account management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance metrics
- Both Arabic and English speaker
- Prior experience working in the UAE and understanding of the regional market
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
