Role Description
The Market Outreach Associate is a potential project-based or part-time collaboration opportunity based in the UAE.
The role involves identifying relevant companies and decision-makers, supporting outreach activities, introducing avintra’s solutions to potential business clients, and helping build early market relationships.
The Market Outreach Associate may also support basic market research, LinkedIn outreach, introductory calls, follow-up coordination, and simple presentation activities.
This is suitable for someone who enjoys B2B communication, understands the UAE business environment, and is comfortable speaking with professionals in insurance, financial services, compliance, operations, and customer experience roles.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic communication skills are a plus
- Interest in AI, customer experience, compliance, digital transformation, or secure communication
- Ability to approach business contacts professionally and diplomatically
- Basic understanding of UAE business culture and B2B sales
- Good organization and follow-up skills
- Confidence in using LinkedIn, email, and online research tools
- Experience in insurance, financial services, SaaS, technology, or business development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
