Market Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

What you'll do

• Develop regular market share reporting and help stakeholders understand performance and growth opportunities.
• Analyse continuous market data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Explore category performance, competitor activity, and retail and digital trends.
• Prepare clear, compelling insight reports and presentations.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external data providers.
• Improve market intelligence tools, data quality and reporting, including emerging AI-enabled approaches.

What you'll bring

• Experience with continuous market data such as NielsenIQ, Circana or Worldpanel.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability and experience with business intelligence tools or platforms.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and recommend actions.
• Confidence presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Retail or FMCG experience is valuable; knowledge of Euromonitor, Similarweb, Statista or BRC and familiarity with AI-enabled research are beneficial.

Location and working arrangement

• Based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, with occasional travel to London.
• Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week at the Nuneaton office.

Schedule

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Permanent contract.
