About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic
Market Developer based in Abu Dhabi
, a key growth region for Hansgrohe. In this strategic role, the successful candidate will drive market development across premium hollistic bathroom products, strengthen relationships with distributors, project developers, and specification partners, and accelerate the presence of the hansgrohe and AXOR brands in one of the most competitive and design‑driven markets in the Middle East.
Projects
- Identify and visit new project opportunities with partners.
- Collaborate with the Specification Team to improve the tender-to-win conversion rate.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders (developers, interior designers, contractors, etc.).
- Be highly involved in the sales process and closing project deals.
- Contribute to marketing and business planning.
- Maintain CRM and project data accuracy.
- Adhere to Hansgrohe’s reporting system.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses.
Retail - Flagship Showroom
- Oversee partner stock to ensure strong market supply.
- Maintain premium showroom displays for Hansgrohe and AXOR as luxury brands.
- Manage relationships with retail stakeholders (interior designers, contractors, and end-users).
- Launch product and service information.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses.
- Maintain hygiene and display quality in showrooms.
- Keep flagship showroom displays updated with novelties and holistic solutions; reflect insights in C4C reports.
- Coach partners on B2C sales processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan events and attract showroom footfall.
- Promote Hansgrohe and AXOR brands and products.
Wholesale
- Manage relationships with wholesale channels (traders).
- Segment point-of-sale (POS) according to market needs.
- Establish and oversee field sales and service operations for all trade channels in the specified region.
- Partner with Marketing to organize events and drive showroom
- footfall.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business administration/mechanical engineering/architecture & design.
- 3 years' of sales experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Significant initial experience in promoting and selling second-fix building products or managing professional networks.
- Experience within an international group’s subsidiary is a plus.
