Market Data Ordering Analyst

Role overview

What you'll do

• Manage service queues, subscriptions, and profile modifications through Optimize Spend, meeting service-level agreements.
• Coordinate with vendors, Business Advisors, and Procurement to clarify requirements, manage workflows, and resolve queries.
• Reconcile vendor services and inventory, identify discrepancies, and support accurate financial expense records.
• Identify process improvements and leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery insights.
• Contribute to global Market Data initiatives, management requests, and cross-functional work.

Candidate requirements

• Experience or strong interest in Market Data, Financial Services, or Expense Management; prior Market Data experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong IT and analytical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform accurately in an SLA-driven, fast-paced environment and maintain data quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Workplace and employment

• Full-time role with a hybrid working model, allowing up to two days working at home per week.
