  • We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Market Analyst / Research Analyst / Brand Analyst to provide valuable insights into market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and brand performance.
  • This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, business growth, and marketing effectiveness through research and analysis.
  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.
  • Monitor consumer behavior, customer preferences, and industry developments.
  • Evaluate brand performance, customer perception, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven methodologies.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Analyze market size, growth potential, pricing trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research activities where applicable.
  • Support product development, business planning, and marketing strategy through actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Maintain research databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and market dynamics.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Experience in market research, business analysis, consumer insights, branding, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, SPSS, SQL, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
  • Understanding of market research methodologies and statistical analysis concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
  • Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
