We are looking for a commercially minded Market Access Manager to drive pricing, reimbursement, tender management, and stakeholder engagement across the GCC region.
In this role, you will work closely with health authorities, payers, healthcare institutions, and key opinion leaders to ensure patients gain access to innovative therapies while supporting business growth.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

- Lead pricing submissions, reimbursement dossiers, and formulary inclusion activities
- Manage national and regional tenders (e.g., NUPCO, MOH, DHA, SEHA)
- Build strong relationships with health authorities, payers, institutions, and KOLs
- Drive sales performance through key account management and commercial execution
- Support product launches, patient access initiatives, and educational programs
- Monitor market trends, reimbursement changes, and competitor activities
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Economics, Health Policy, Business, or a related field (postgraduate degree preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, sales, or healthcare commercialization within the GCC region
- Strong understanding of GCC healthcare systems, pricing, reimbursement, and tender processes
- Experience working with government and private payers, healthcare institutions, and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
