Overview

• Supervise daily marine construction activities such as dredging, piling, jetty works, quay walls, and offshore structures.
• Allocate tasks to workers, operators, and subcontractors based on project priorities.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety regulations.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and marine crew for smooth operations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality compliance and report any deviations.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of marine equipment such as barges, cranes, and boats.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to management.
