Role overview
The Marine Crewing Officer supports crewing operations and related crew administration.
Responsibilities
- Support crew-change scheduling and planning, and follow up with relevant parties.
- Arrange crew mobilization and demobilization travel, including air tickets, visa applications, and hotel accommodation.
- Ensure candidates have relevant medical, competence, and qualification documents; assist with crew issues.
- Perform data entry, recording, printing, and filing; maintain a user-friendly document-control system.
- Prepare crew payroll and perform other duties as instructed by crewing management.
Role requirements
- Ensure crew candidates are equipped with relevant medical documents, competence certificates, and qualification documents.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
