- of marine crew (Officers & Ratings) for various vessel types (Bulk, Tankers, Containers, Offshore, etc.)
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, maritime job portals, and agencies
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, certifications, and experience
- Verify
- certificates, licenses, and documentation
- as per STCW and flag state requirements
- Coordinate with manning agencies, training centers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update crew database and recruitment records
- Ensure compliance with
- MLC, STCW, and company policies
- Handle crew mobilization, deployment planning, and joining formalities
- Liaise with operations and fleet teams for crew requirements
- Conduct background checks and reference verification
- Monitor crew availability and plan timely replacements
