Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all marble and stone installation works on site.
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to workers.
- Ensure proper cutting, fixing, polishing, and finishing of marble.
- Check drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications.
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
- Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain quality standards and inspect finished work.
- Enforce safety rules and site regulations.
- Report daily progress to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marble/stone works.
- Strong knowledge of marble installation and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Basic communication skills (English preferred).
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
