Overview
- Preparation:
- Measure and prepare sub-surfaces properly before installation to ensure a secure, flat, and enduring bond.
• Cutting & Shaping
Cut, shape, and smooth marble or stone pieces to exact measurements using power wet saws, grinders, and hand tools.
• Alignment & Leveling
- Ensure all stone slabs are leveled, perfectly spaced, and aligned symmetrically according to blueprints.
- Finishing Work:
- Apply adhesives, mortar, or specialized cement.
- Fill joints with grout or sealants, and execute polishing or crystallization to achieve a high-luster finish.
- Material Care:
- Handle, transport, and load delicate stone materials with extreme caution to prevent chipping, cracking, or breakage.
• Safety & Maintenance
Keep all work areas clean and maintain power tools and equipment in good, safe working condition.
