Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 2 or more years of applicable work experience supporting or developing Manufacturing Execution Systems, Industrial Control Systems, manufacturing applications, or related software solutions. Experience working in or supporting manufacturing environments, including production workflows, equipment connectivity, and shop-floor data collection. Experience with SQL and relational databases, including data queries, troubleshooting, and manufacturing data analysis. Experience developing software in C++ or comparable programming languages used to support manufacturing operations. Experience integrating systems using APIs, web services, and enterprise platforms such as MES, ERP, PLM, or similar business systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, SAP, Tulip, Ignition, NextPlus, MCS, or similar platforms. Experience connecting PLCs, SCADA, automation systems, manufacturing equipment, and production assets to MES platforms. Familiarity with industrial communication standards and protocols, including OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and REST APIs. Familiarity with industrial automation vendors such as Rockwell and Siemens. Exposure to additive manufacturing, medical devices, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing industries. Relevant MES, industrial automation, database, software development, or cloud/data certifications.
