Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Eight plus years’ experience in all aspects of manufacturing/ production processes.
- Computer proficiency, scheduling experience required and good writing skills.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of GMP standards and quality systems.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication, critical thinking, basic arithmetic, and proper business etiquette skills.
- Computer proficiency including MS office (Excel, Word, Access, and Power point).and SAP.
- 3+ supervisory experience highly desired.
- Experience in managing multiple shifts highly desired
- Experience in materials management desired.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment desired.
- Ability to work occasionally off shift.
