Manufacturing Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has become available due to an internal movement, creating a chance for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join one of Australia's leading beverage companies.

Based at our Welshpool, WA site, you'll lead a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering exceptional results across safety, quality, people, cost and service. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence culture, drive performance, and play a key part in ensuring our operations continue to deliver world-class outcomes.

You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting your team and driving results. You thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and know how to balance people leadership with operational performance.

To be successful, you'll bring:

Proven leadership experience within FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing and safety management principles.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational and people outcomes.

Strong problem-solving capability, with the confidence to make decisions and navigate competing priorities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

A passion for continuous improvement and creating a culture of operational excellence.
