Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing Expert to work on a contract basis.
The role involves providing specialized support to optimize manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.
You will analyze production systems and recommend improvements to enhance output quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in lean manufacturing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance to production staff on process optimization and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on process improvement.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate production data and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control systems and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for production tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges in real time.
