Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) is advantageous.
  • Previous manual handling experience.
  • Ability to work on your initiative.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Don't worry if you're not an expert yet; we provide a comprehensive 5-week training program from day one. Be ready to work shifts on a three-shift rotation pattern (6 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm & 10 pm – 6 am), rotating each week.
