Manufacturing Manager

• to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing facilities.
• The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional manufacturing teams, improve efficiency, ensure product quality, and support business growth through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, production requirements, and operational excellence initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, cost targets, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved
• Manage manufacturing planning, capacity utilization, workforce allocation, equipment performance, and material availability to maximize productivity
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, quality assurance, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize manufacturing performance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), production output, yield, downtime, scrap rates, labor productivity, and manufacturing costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, quality management systems, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce waste
• Analyze manufacturing data, identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and quality
• Manage manufacturing budgets, capital expenditures, labor planning, equipment investments, and operational expenses
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and operational documentation
• Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing supervisors, engineers, team leaders, and production personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Prepare manufacturing reports, operational dashboards, forecasts, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• ✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), or equivalent are advantageous
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, production management, plant operations, or related roles
• 3+ years of experience managing manufacturing teams, production facilities, or operational excellence programs preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, maintenance coordination, inventory management, and workplace safety principles
• Experience with ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production planning software, manufacturing analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and team leadership abilities
• Ability to lead large-scale manufacturing operations while balancing quality, efficiency, safety, cost, and customer delivery objectives
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
