What You Bring:
- Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4–6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience with growing technical responsibility.
- Experience supporting new product introduction, producibility reviews, and cross-functional design coordination.
- Working knowledge of labor time standards, workflow analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers.
- Ability to develop process flow documentation, work instructions, and standard manufacturing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for working across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production or engineering environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and supporting collaborative manufacturing operations.
