Manufacturing Associate

We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate to keep our Machine and fabrication shops, stocked with the raw materials and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who is proactive, dependable and detail-oriented, and who notices what needs attention before others do.

Support day to day activities for the Machine shop and fabrication shops.

Move parts from department to department

Clean and paint finished parts per print

Assist in loading and unloading of large fabrications within our welding cells.

Complete secondary tasks on machined parts.

Stage raw material with prints to ensure constant work flow

Fit and tack coupons ( T-joints, up coupons)

Assist in shop clean -up, monitor coolant levels in all machines.

Stand, walk and stay on your feet for most of the shift across a large warehouse and office campus

Regularly lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs (supplies, cases of drinks, furniture and event equipment)

Bend, kneel, reach overhead and climb step stools or ladders

Push and pull carts, dollies and furniture

Work in an active manufacturing environment with noise, welding operations and temperature swings

Wear required PPE in the warehouse, such as safety glasses and safety-toe shoes

Regulatory and Compliance Requirements

This position may support work performed under U.S. Government contracts and requires compliance with applicable federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS where applicable.

The role may involve access to export-controlled information subject to ITAR and/or EAR.

Candidates must be able to comply with U.S. export control regulations, which may include meeting the definition of a “U.S. Person” where required.

This position may also involve handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and requires adherence to company and federal data protection and confidentiality standards. Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check consistent with applicable requirements
