Manufacturing Associate-Bindery (3rd Shift)

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing. No print industry experience? No problem. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process.

Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Sort, separate, and handle printed materials according to job specifications.

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, hoists, and other production support equipment.

Label, band, wrap, and secure finished products for storage, transfer, or customer shipment.

Complete production records and maintain accurate inventory and material tracking information.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Work closely with operators and team members to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.

Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.

No bindery experience? No problem. We'll train you.

We're looking for people who:

Have experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, construction, or other hands-on environments.

Enjoy physical, active work and staying busy throughout the shift.

Are dependable and committed to showing up and contributing to the team.

Pay attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work.

Can follow written instructions and work safely in a production environment.

Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.

Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.

Experience working in a print, packaging, paper converting, or production environment.

Knowledge of inventory, shipping, or production documentation processes.

Stand and walk for most of the shift.

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities.

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and safety footwear.
