• Test Case Creation

• + Develop and document detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• + Identify and prioritize testing scenarios to ensure thorough application coverage.
• Functional Testing:
• + Execute manual test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
• + Detect, document, and track bugs in collaboration with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Regression Testing:
• + Perform regression tests after updates or bug fixes to ensure system stability.
• + Verify that resolved defects do not impact existing functionality.
• UI/UX Testing:
• + Test user interfaces for consistency, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• + Provide feedback on design-related improvements to align with user requirements.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• + Work closely with QA leads and development teams to understand project requirements.
• + Prepare and present detailed test result reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings.
• Compliance Testing:
• + Ensure software adheres to quality standards, best practices, and client-specific requirements.
• ****Job Requirements****
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in manual testing.
• Skills:
• + Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle.
• + Proficiency in testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• + Ability to create and document effective test cases and scenarios.
• + Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• + Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• + ISTQB Certified Tester or similar QA certifications.
• + Basic knowledge of automation tools is a bonus (though not required).

Remuneration

• Base Salary: QAR 90,000–QAR 130,000 annually (based on experience and 2025 market trends).
