Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across manpower supply and O&M sectors

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

· Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts

· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

· Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with client requirements

· Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and secure successful deal closures

· Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates

· Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

· Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth

· Ensure commercial decisions are aligned with profitability and return on investment

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
