About This Role
**Salary:** QAR 9,500 Monthly
**LB Services GH** is looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Payroll Administrator** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining employee payroll records, and ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for manpower employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll records
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and payroll regulations
- Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and related documents
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments regarding payroll information
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor employee deductions, benefits, and final settlements
- Ensure timely submission of payroll to the bank
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
- Support audits and payroll documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in payroll administration or HR payroll support
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in manpower or staffing companies is an advantage
- Knowledge of Qatar WPS system is preferred
- Pay: QAR9,500.00 per month
