As demand from Chinese investors continues to rise, we are seeking a skilled **Mandarin‑speaking Off‑Plan Specialist** to guide clients through Abu Dhabi’s most attractive investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with off‑plan property inquiries, investment consultations, and project comparisons
- Present upcoming launches, payment plans, ROI projections, and developer insights
- Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations tailored to Chinese investors
- Build and manage a portfolio of international buyers, investors, and referral partners
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay updated on new project releases
- Negotiate offers and close deals with accuracy, professionalism, and cultural understanding
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and market expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in **Mandarin Chinese** and **English** (spoken and written)
- Experience in real estate sales, off‑plan advisory, or investment consulting is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with international and high‑net‑worth clients
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market is a strong advantage
