Mandarin Speaking Head of Human Resource (人力资源总监)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching human resources-related policies for the company's project in Abu Dhabi, establishing relevant policies, mechanisms, and operational systems;
• In accordance with the overall requirements of the Group's human resources business management, comprehensively responsible for the operation and personnel support of the project's human resources business, including but not limited to organizational and job management, labor cost budget management, recruitment and allocation management, personnel training management, compensation and performance management, and employee relations management;
• Assist the General Manager in strengthening local employee management and comprehensively preventing and controlling employment risks;
• Implement local corporate culture construction as required by the Group, creating a positive and upward organizational atmosphere;
• Provide management with suggestions on human resources strategy and organizational capacity building;

Job Requirements

• :
• Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university;
• 5+ years of experience in human resources; familiar with the manufacturing industry and HR processes and operations in the Middle East;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, and communication and comprehension abilities;
• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
• English proficiency is required as a working language; Arabic fluency is a plus.
